Notes:

To update a time you've already submitted, just submit a new time with the same Nickname, Track and Version.
You can only change your own time if your IP address hasn't changed since you submitted them, this is to stop random people deleting everyones times.
Your IP address is hash and not stored in plane text at any point.
You can delete (hide) your own times, by resubmitting the time and changing the proof to DELETE.
